Acceptance of Terms:

Loan Application and Approval:

Step 1: You can submit your loan application through our website or by visiting our office and submitting the required documents. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
Step 2: If your loan application is approved, you will be required to visit our office to sign the agreement.
Step 3: You must visit a commissioner for oaths or a lawyer for the necessary oath-taking.
Step 4: The agreement must be submitted to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) for stamping.
Step 5: Once stamped, the loan amount will be transferred to your bank account held with Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd.

Repayment:

Repayment terms and options will be provided to you. Please adhere to the repayment schedule to avoid penalties and fees.

Intellectual Property:

Ownership of the company’s content and materials is retained by Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd. Usage of the content is subject to certain restrictions.

Limitation of Liability:

We provide our services with a disclaimer of liability, and we outline the extent of our liability in relation to your use of our services.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. In the event of any disputes, we encourage amicable resolution.
