Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
Customers who have availed of a loan from Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd. may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Overpayment: If the customer has made an excess payment towards their loan account.
Loan Application Cancellation: If the customer cancels the loan application within the specified timeframe.
Refund Procedure:
To request a refund, customers must submit a written refund application along with supporting documents within the designated timeframe.
The refund application will be reviewed and processed by our designated department within a reasonable period.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the loan repayment.
Refund Amount:
Overpayment: In the case of an overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded in full to the customer.
Loan Application Cancellation: If the customer cancels the loan application within the specified timeframe, any fees or deposits paid will be refunded, subject to deduction of applicable administrative charges or processing fees as per the loan agreement.
Timeframe for Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe as outlined in the loan agreement or communicated by Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd.
The processing of refund requests will be completed within a reasonable period, considering the complexity of the case and any necessary verification processes.
Limitations:
The refund policy is applicable only to fees, deposits, or overpayments made directly to Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the loan. It does not cover any third-party fees or charges incurred by the customer.
Modifications to Refund Policy:
Safety & Fast Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
